Troubleshoot DNS issues
A domain name system (DNS) allows a site's IP address (192.168.x.x) to be identified with words (* .com) for easier remembering, like a phone book for websites. This service is usually provided by your ISP.
Clear your local DNS cache to ensure you get the latest cache your ISP has. For Windows. For more details, choose your operating system.
If you can access a website at the office or from a 3G network but it doesn't work on your computer, it's a good idea to use an alternative DNS service other than your ISP. OpenDNS or Google Public DNS are excellent and free public DNS services.

- This is a common scenario: You are on a busy lunch shift waiting for non-stop work, and for whatever reason, 40 minutes have passed without a single order.
- Is the app idle or is it just a slow day. It can be hard to tell, especially with the DoorDash dropping as often as it does.
- Usually, you will know that the application is not idle when you can log in and no error messages appear.
- Slow days happen. With so many variables in the delivery market, you can expect an unusually slow day every now and then.
- To be sure there isn't an outage, check Reddit or Down Detector to see if others are experiencing an outage. If not, you are probably experiencing a slow day. Wait or change the position to a different area.

How to download the Dasher app for Android
- Downloading the application on an Android phone is really easy. Follow our step by step tutorial.
