Etihad Airways 24 -hour Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the flight departs, and you can get a full refund for it depending on the fare rules.
Tickets booked online or booked by calling the customer service number can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of issuing the ticket.
This does not include ticket bookings booked within a week after the flight departs.
Etihad Cancellation and Refund Policy

- If you need to make any changes in the booking or you need to cancel the ticket within 96 hours from the date of flight departure, then 10% of the ticket cost will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
