Ghazi-ud-din, the vizir, is said to have constructed this town in 1740 and named it Ghaziuddinnagar after himself. After the railway line was completed, the city's name was changed to Ghaziabad.

2. Dudheshwar Nath Mandir

5. Gufa Wala Mandir

6. Shri Adya Katyayini Shaktipeetam
The Shree Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Katyayani (an avatar of lord Parvathi). The Shree Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir is located closer to Qutub Minar in the south Delhi neighbourhood of Chhatarpur. Navarathri is grandly celebrated since Katyayni is an incarnation of Lord Durga Matha, and devotees of all castes and creeds are welcomed here for pooja.
After his burial, Sri Nagpal Ji donated the money to build the Shree Adya Katyayani Shaktipeeth Mandir in his honour; his Samadhi is now located on the grounds of the Shiva Gouri Nageshwar temple.

10. Hasanpur Lake
The Meerut Divisional Commissioner travelled to Hasanpur with DM and visited the lake after learning of the demand made in the Hasanpur village of the Dhaulana tehsil region to develop and beautify Hasanpur Lake, which is located on roughly 40 hectares of land.
Longtime residents of Hasanpur Lodha village have been demanding the preservation and development of a lake with a natural lake-like shape on around 35 acres of property in the forest.
