Indian Premier League (IPL) is one of the most awaited cricket leagues of the year. Vivo Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 Season 14 started in April 2021 but was suspended on 4th May with 31 of the scheduled 60 matches still left to be played. But it has returned – it is big, it is grand and it is back with a bang.
Matches resumed on 19th September of 2021. The remaining matches of IPL 2021 season will be held in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) September-October in 3 stadiums – Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai, Sharjah Cricket Stadium in Sharjah, and Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi. The Playoffs and Final will be held in Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai on 15th October 2021.
This IPL Season started on a high note for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) fans and recently Virat Kohli announced to step-down as RCB captain after IPL 2021 which has left the fans more eager and hoping for the Royal Challengers to bring its first victory title.
Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals also seem to be in the running for taking away the title from the Mumbai Indians (MI), the defending champions for 2 years straight.
