2. Squeeze your butt muscles: Squeeze your buttocks together while keeping your knees slightly bent. You may feel some tension in your lower back and hamstrings.

3. Lift your chest: Lift your chest towards the ceiling. If you have trouble lifting your chest, try bending your elbows and pulling them closer to your body.

4. Lower your chest: Lower your chest until it touches the floor. Then slowly lift your chest back up. Repeat this movement several times.

5. Squeeze your upper abs: Keep your legs straight and squeeze your abdominal muscles.

6. Raise your chest: Raise your chest until it reaches the starting position.

7. Lower your chest: Slowly lower your chest until it touches your thighs.
