You can easily cancel your flight online by visiting the Alaska Cancellation Policy desktop website. If you wish to delete a single ticket from a group reservation or a single-leg ticket, which is the return from a round trip, you cannot do it online because this is only allowed for one passenger. Use the simple procedures shown below to cancel an Alaska ticket on the airline's website.

Click "manage reservation" on the page.

Enter the confirmation code (the code you received when booking your ticket) and the Passenger's last name, then click "Continue."

Look up the flight that you reserved through Alaska Airlines.

Pressing the "Cancel" button will result in a confirmation email, a refund, or a future travel credit (if you are eligible).
