Can you immigrate to Canada at the age of 37 with a family? – Aptech Visa
Yes. It is possible to migrate to Canada
and obtain Canadian Permanent Residence status at the age of 37. Let's figure
out how!
We all know that a skilled worker
willing to enter Canada at the age of 37 will have a lower Comprehensive
Ranking System (CRS) Score than the cut-off required in Express Entry's
Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) Draws, but in order to provide equal
opportunity to skilled immigrants who can use their skills and contribute to
Canada's economy, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has
introduced alternative immigration programmes, such as:
Federal Skilled Trade Program, FSTP (the other two immigration
programmes) (if you have a job offer from a Canadian employer, within specific
trade, you can easily enter Canada, with even less IELTS)
CEC (Canadian Experience Class) (if you have a Canadian Experience
of 1 year, in the past 3 years then you can attain Canadian PR at this age)
Program for Provincial Nominees (PNP)
Nine Canadian provinces and two
Canadian territories are involved in this programme. You can verify the
eligibility criteria based on your profile and, if they are met, submit your
profile for the same provincial program.
RNIP stands for Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Program.
This programme includes a list of
communities from across Canada, organized by province. A legitimate job offer
letter from the employer on their list is required by each municipality. If a person
receives a job offer letter and meets the community's eligibility requirements,
he or she can easily apply for a Canadian Permanent
Residence Visa.
AIPP stands for Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick,
Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador are among the four
provinces participating in this programme. Immigrants must obtain a valid work
offer letter from a designated employer listed in one of these provinces, after
which they may easily submit an application for permanent residency in Canada.
Program for Selected Skilled Workers in Quebec (QSSW)
Immigrants must first achieve the
minimum eligibility requirements of the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)
(for individuals with no ties to Quebec) before submitting an application for
Permanent Selection in Quebec through the Arrima Portal. A candidate submits an
application for a Canadian Permanent Residence Visa after getting the
invitation.
Self-Employed Category
If a person participates in
cultural or athletic activities, he or she is eligible to apply for this
programme.
