1.Firstly, simply press Crtl+Alt+Del simultaneously and check if the QBW.EXE file is running.
2.In your observation, if you find QBW.EXE then select the file and further click End process to stop the file from running.
3.The next step is to right-click on the QuickBooks icon and long-press the Ctrl button while keeping the key down.
4.Now you will be able to access QuickBooks without data being connected to the account.
