The runner leg trainer was developed to improve a runners stride length and frequency which is a key element to improving speed. The leg trainer is attached 3-4 inches above the knee with the band more to the back of the leg. It creates resistance as the leg drives forward and back to strength the hip flexor to improve leg drive. The leg trainer is made of a durable poly elastic webbing.
