Procedure to Reprint W-2 in QuickBooks Desktop

Follow these steps in QuickBooks to reprint W-2 files:

        From the top menu bar, choose the Employees menu option.

        Select Payroll Center from the drop-down menu.

        Next, select Taxes and Form.

        Select the appropriate employee name from the drop-down menu.

        Choose copies B, C, and 2 of the W-2 form.

        After selecting the year of the W2 form you want to print, select View Reprints. W2 form will now open in a new window as a PDF file.

        According to the Internal Revenue Service, the Reissued Statement should show on your W2. You must print these terms on your freshly issued W-2 forms.

        After that, hit on the Next button.

        Put a plain or perforated W-2 form in your printer shortly after that. If you don't have any perforated paper, you might prefer the plain paper.

        After that, select Print from the toolbar of the PDF Reader to send the W2 form for printing.

        The W2 forms will print in your QuickBooks account once you have completed these steps. Your staff can utilize the data to fill W2 forms after that.
