The organic fertilizer production line site should be located in a flat, leeward and sunny place close to the water source. It can be made in the open air all the year round.
Preparation of fertilizer making materials (taking 2 tons of dry straw as an example)
① Crop straw 2000 kg. ② 40 kg cake powder. Peanut cake, soybean cake, cottonseed cake and rapeseed cake can be used, and 20kg urea can be used to replace non cake powder.
Production method
① The normal length of crop straw (such as corn stalk) should be 1-3 cm (wheat straw, straw, leaves, weeds, peanut seedlings, soybean straw, etc.) can be directly fermented, but the fermentation effect is better after destruction.
② After destroying or cutting straw, the water content of straw is generally controlled at about 70%.
③ Mix 40 kg cake powder with bacterial fertilizer starter evenly, and sprinkle the cake powder mixed with bacterial fertilizer starter evenly on the surface of straw poured with water by organic fertilizer production machine. Use a spade and other tools to mix it up and pile it into a width of 2 meters, 1.5 meters high, and the length is not limited.
Straw decay process
① Heating stage: it takes only one day to rise from normal temperature to 50 ℃.
② High temperature stage: it only takes 2 days from 50-70 ℃.
③ Cooling stage: from high temperature to below 50 ℃, about 10 days in general. At this time, straw fertilizer process is basically realized, and fertilizer can be directly applied.
After a little air drying, it can be crushed by a crusher, granulated by a granulator machine for fertilizer, dried and dehydrated by a dryer, and then screened by a screening machine. The finished organic fertilizer is ready for packaging and storage.
