Production of a wide range of roller granulator
The double roller granulator can directly press dry powder materials into granules at room temperature. It can not only produce multi-element compound fertilizer based on ammonium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, etc., but also be suitable for granulation of magnetic fertilizer and rare earth fertilizer. It does not need drying equipment and has high particle strength.
Characteristics of the double roller granulator:
1. The press roller of the fertilizer granulation machine adopts inclined wheel. The two ends are consistent with the inner and outer ring speed of the die, and there is no dislocation friction between the wheel and the mold, which reduces the resistance, reduces the kinetic energy loss and prolongs the service life of the die.
2. The press roller of the fertilizer granulator is set uniformly and runs smoothly, which prevents the phenomenon that the ordinary flat die roller is easy to feed.
3. The fertilizer granulation machine adopts the central pressure regulating structure, which can adapt to different materials and ensure the pressing effect. The compression molding of wood chips and corn straw requires great pressure. In the same kind of granulating equipment, roller wheel parts are the central parts of the whole equipment, and high-quality alloy steel is used to improve the service life of roller.
4. The fertilizer granulator has 2-8mm multiple hole mould, which is suitable for granulation of different materials and achieves the best effect.
