The fermentation materials can be quickly decomposed, sterilized, deodorized, dehydrated and dried. The fermentation cycle is 7-8 days in the production of organic fertilizer. The fermented materials are transported away from the end of the fermentation tank (one day's treatment capacity, 1 / 8 of the tank length) every day, and the space left in the front of the fermentation tank (one day's treatment capacity, 1 / 8 of the tank length) is supplemented with new fermentation materials, thus forming a continuous aerobic fermentation process. Full automatic and intelligent control is realized in the fermentation process. After the fermentation materials of the organic fertilizer production line are aged, further decomposed and dehydrated, they can be screened to obtain powdery finished organic fertilizer or raw material fertilizer for granulation of granular organic fertilizer.
