Tank fermentation of organic fertilizer production process
Two walls are built on the flat ground to form a fermentation tank, and then the material is fed for fermentation.
1. Pretreatment of raw materials before feeding. Adding auxiliary materials for water regulation and organic fertilizer fermentation bacteria addition, this link can be assisted by the ground tipper.
It can also be directly fed into the tank, and then add auxiliary materials and bacteria for turning and stirring.
2. Civil engineering of fermentation tank. The groove width is 4-10 meters, and the length is 60-80 meters. Further design can be made according to the actual situation.
3. After the fermentation is completed, the organic fertilizer is further processed in the later stage -- crushing, screening, granulation and packaging
There are two steps to process commercial organic fertilizer in the organic fertilizer production line: early fermentation and treatment part and deep processing granulation part. Organic fertilizer equipment needs fermentation compost windrow turner, crusher, mixer, fertilizer granulator, dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packaging machine, conveyor and other equipment.
