1. Excipient addition:
Sheep manure can be added with 30-70% of high carbon materials, such as sawdust, wood bran, cassava residue, bagasse, straw powder, peanut shell powder, rice husk powder, vine crushing material, dry, powdery and high carbon. It can also be fermented directly with faeces (however, attention should be paid to the regulation of moisture and the porosity and permeability of faeces).
2. Usage and dosage:
The amount of starter used is 0.05% - 0.2% (total weight of fermentation materials). It is recommended that the temperature should be above 5 ℃. According to different materials, environmental temperature, moisture content and other conditions, the dosage can be adjusted as appropriate.
3. Water adjustment:
In the sheep manure organic fertilizer production line, the moisture content is controlled at 50% - 60%, and the material is agglomerated without water drop by hand.
4. Stack height:
When the stacking height is 0.8m-1.5m and the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, cover it with film or straw curtain. When the internal temperature rises to 25 ℃, uncover the cover. When the stack temperature rises to 60 ℃, it starts to overturn, once a day. If the stack temperature exceeds 65 ℃, it needs to overturn many times. The height should not be less than 80cm and the ambient temperature should be above 15 ℃. In winter, we should try to raise the temperature for fermentation.
5. Maturity mark:
The temperature of the pile decreased, the material was loose, there was no original odor of the material, there was a little ammonia odor, and white hyphae were produced in the pile.
The organic fertilizer production line with an annual output of 5000 tons requires about 700m fermentation tank plant, 500m processing plant and 400m warehouse and office area. The organic fertilizer production plant cost is about 350000 to 500000 yuan.
