Before the production of organic fertilizer production machine, raw materials need to be processed in three processes before production
1. We should screen and crush the raw materials before producing organic fertilizer. In addition, we need to observe whether the water content of raw materials can be used for normal production. If the water content of raw materials is greater than the production requirements, we should try to dry them. If the water content of raw materials is less than the production requirements, we should try to increase the water content of raw materials.
2. When we choose the fermentation time of raw materials, we should consider the characteristics of raw materials to determine the length of fermentation period. Generally, the fermentation period of raw materials will be about 15 ~ 20 days. In the fermentation process of organic fertilizer production machine, it is generally divided into two parts, one is the process of medium temperature fermentation of raw materials, the other is the metabolic fermentation process of raw materials in high temperature. The purpose of the two parts of fermentation is different, the former is to carry out the initial fermentation of raw materials. The latter is to make more professional treatment of raw materials in terms of temperature and decomposition. The total fermentation time is about 15 ~ 20 days.
