You will view the new group appears in the Groups panel on the left. If you want to move endpoints to this group, then hit on the group where the endpoints are present.
The system automatically creates a default group when a Site is created. Default Group is assigned to devices and IPs when they check in. Administrators have the option to create new groups under the Group Management tab in the Endpoint Protection console. This allows them to organize entities according to their needs. It is easy to move IPs and devices once a group has been established.
