Backup all your important documents, apps, data, and other information. Go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update on your Windows 10 computer. Make sure you are up-to-date. You'll be able to download the Windows 11 update if it is available.
Microsoft is now offering a free upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. Microsoft will offer the free upgrade to all new devices still shipped with Windows 10. The OS will then be available to eligible hardware. Microsoft is slowly rolling out Windows 11 so that the upgrade will not be available to all PCs currently supported by Windows 10. According to Microsoft, all eligible and existing PCs will be offered the Windows 11 upgrade before mid-2022.
