Responsibilities: • Contribute to the development, creation, and publishing of stories. • Ensure the content journey is completely connected and trackable across touchpoints. • Ensure that copy and assets are optimized using keywords to deliver engagement. • Create engaging, timely, and easily accessible content for our online audience to expand audience engagement. • Collaborate with our wider team to support new initiatives, using digital tools and techniques to validate research on where the opportunities are and how best to target them. • Manage content publishing journey from start to finish - collecting content/ facts, organizing content, building news/story, optimizing/enriching with keywords, adding relevant meta-data, following pre-publishing guidelines, publishing the content, and ensuring post-publishing quality checks.
