E-cigarettes primarily contain nicotine, propylene, glycol, glycerin, and flavorings in liquid form that is vaporized. They are made up of a cartridge, a battery, e-liquid, and an atomizer that heats up ingredients in the cartridge to produce vapor that the consumer inhales. They are tobacco-free and produce no combustion, smoke, or odor. When the user draws on E-cigarettes, visible vapor and an LED light are produced, similar to traditional tobacco cigarettes.
