Fermentation process of organic fertilizer production process
Composting is a common way of organic fertilizer fermentation. In fact, organic fertilizer fermentation is divided into several stages, including heating stage, high temperature stage, cooling stage and composting stage A lot of heat is produced by a lot of microorganisms. The composting temperature increased from 20 ℃ to 40 ℃. In the high temperature stage, thermophilic bacteria are the main species. It decomposes the organic matter in the organic fertilizer and produces heat accumulation. The temperature is about 65 degrees. After a period of time, in the cooling stage, when the temperature is high for a period of time, the microbial activity is weak. If the temperature drops to below 40 ℃, the decomposition of plant substances is insufficient.
