RECRUITING ELECTRICIANS

Electricians are tradesman specializes in electrical wiring of stationary machines, transmission lines, buildings, and related equipment.As an electrician, you will install, repair and maintain electrical equipment, use wires and cables to connect electrical equipment, such as heaters or lighting, to electrical power sources. Also, you may test electrical connections to ensure they are not faulty and install surge protectors.

Electrician Activity:Electrician activities consist of various principles. Some of the commonly followed and most important principles are listed below:

• Read blueprints or technical diagrams
• Repair and Maintain Electrical Equipment
• Install wiring and troubleshoot electrical problems
• Train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment

RECRUITING ELECTRICIANSSkills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
• The Electriciansable to work safely in the production environment which Requires Physical fitness, mostly Electricians will bend stretch and stand for a long period, so it requires physical fitness.
• Must be a Certified Electrician or have completed an Electrician Apprenticeship.
• Electricians Must have own hand tools
• Strong mathematical aptitude required
• Ability to wire equipment from blueprints an asset
• Must be experienced using a welder (arc & wire), cutting torch, and proficient in the use of all shop tools
• Must be capable of working safely and continuously promoting safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Managing or working with subcontractors
• Ensure on every connection of all departments and maintenance.
• To troubleshoot the problems and error.
• Perform general electrical maintenance
• Work as a team member or alone to complete projects.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
