4-Point Insurance Inspection
A 4-Point Insurance Inspection is an unbiased, limited-in-scope home inspection.
It is NOT the same as a Generalist/Standard Residential Home Inspection, or Buyer’s Pre-Purchase Home Inspection. Those are far more comprehensive both in detail and scope.
The 4-Point Insurance Inspection is only for home owners:
- Seeking insurance for the first time
- Renewing an existing home owners’ insurance policy
It focuses on four basic systems in a home:
- Roof
- Electrical
- HVAC – Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
- Plumbing
