It is NOT the same as a Generalist/Standard Residential Home Inspection, or Buyer’s Pre-Purchase Home Inspection. Those are far more comprehensive both in detail and scope.

Seeking insurance for the first time
Renewing an existing home owners’ insurance policy

All 4-Point Insurance Inspections can only be performed by a Florida-licensed professional. The licensed inspectors dated signature must be verified. This has been in effect since September 30, 2012, in the State of Florida.
