Most dryers haveeither a vertical or a horizontal feeder pipe that directs the spray of hot airthrough a discharge tube. The amount of air pressure in the air stream iscontrolled by a knob that can be set at a high setting for extra-strong airflowor at a low setting for normal room temperature air. Electric motors controlthe speed of the spray of air through the feeders.
