Skilled Nominated Visa Subclass 190 is one of the eligible migration visas that allow immigrants to settle in Australia and work as permanent residents (PR). TI is awaiting nomination by either a local or state government. Your job/occupation may be in MLTSSL (Medium and Long Term Strategic Skills List) or STSOL (Short Term Skills Job List).
If you qualify and wish to apply for this visa; You must first submit an EoI (Expression of Interest) through the DHA SkillSelect program and score 65 points, including 5 nomination points. Additionally, in some cases, you will have to file separate applications for candidacy in the state or territory.

Hopefully, after reviewing your EOI application and nomination, the authorities will invite you to apply for a visa. EOI expires in two years if no invitation is received.

Gather all the required documents and apply for your visa within 60 days of receiving your invitation.

  • Have at least a proficient knowledge of English

  • Meets basic health and character requirements

  • Nominated by state or territory and invited by immigration through EOI
