Additional Charge for Luggage Weight Concept
Under Weight Concept, if the total linear dimensions (sum of length/width/height) of your luggage are over 203cm (80in.), you will be charged an oversized fee of USD158。
Example:
If you fly an Economy class from Taipei to Miami with a 35 kg baggage allowance policy and check in 2 pieces of baggage (35kg/dimensions 158cm) and a painting (10kg /dimensions 217cm). You will be charged the excess baggage fee of USD85 (13kg x USD12) and the oversized fee of USD158, a total of USD243.
