The production process of ordinary organic fertilizer production machine is as follows:

6. Granulation. The fermented pure organic fertilizer was granulated. According to the different raw materials, choose granulator machine for fertilizer, such as organic fertilizer granulator, disc granulator, roller extrusion granulator, stirring gear granulator, etc.

7. Drying, cooling, packaging. The moisture content of the newly made granules is relatively large, so it is necessary to dry the moisture to below 20% of the standard of organic fertilizer, and the dried granular organic fertilizer is directly packaged after cooling by the cooler.

After the organic fertilizer is produced according to the above steps, the organic fertilizer is stacked and fermented for the second time, and the temperature is reduced to about 40 ℃ after 15-20 days of stacking. The bacterial agent with the functions of phosphate solubilization, potassium solubilization, nitrogen fixation and underground pest control is evenly added into the fermented organic fertilizer in the proportion of 1:500. When the functional bacteria and fermented organic fertilizer were evenly added to the organic fertilizer in proportion, the standard of bio organic fertilizer could be reached after 7 days of fermentation.
