Matters needing attention in the production of organic fertilizer with organic wastes
The collection and transfer of organic waste is troublesome, and it is not easy to carry out mechanized treatment. It is suggested to use the transfer yard for collection and storage, so as to reduce the intensity of manual operation and the moisture content of manure. If possible, it can be stored in containers for secondary transportation.
In the early stage of composting, a large amount of odor is often discharged from the organic fertilizer production line. Generally, these waste gases should be collected and put into the deodorization pile, or the membrane fermentation technology should be used to compost after adding microorganisms, and the membrane fermentation should be carried out. For the dust containing tail gas produced by granulator machine for fertilizer and organic fertilizer dryer, cyclone, box type dust collector and gravity settling chamber can be used to remove most of the dust, and the recovered dust can be sent back for re granulation. The tail gas after dust removal is sent into the washing tower for repeated washing with circulating washing liquid, and can only be discharged after meeting the national air emission standard. The washing liquid for spraying enters the sedimentation tank, part of which is used for self circulation and part for granulation. Clean water shall be supplemented regularly in the sedimentation tank to maintain normal circulation.
