-Apart from Anatolia, the most importantexample of this arrangement is the Temple of Assos (Behramkale) in theAnatolian Parthenon, which was built on the Acropolis of Athens.
Ionian type
-Pillars are thinner and taller than theirDorian counterparts. Another Greek Art is coming from history.
-The column header consists of a liddecorated with two spiral curves called volutes.
-Abakus is more incarnate than straight,and not right.
-The architrave is the only block.
-The section of the frieze to the ceilingis similar to the Doric order, the only difference is the reliefs.
-Ionian temples are more elegant and tallerthan the Dor temples with their long, slender pillars.
This order is outside Anatolia, The NikeTemple in Athens, in Anatolia, the Temple of Artemis in Ephesus, the Temple ofApollo in Didyma.
