Conventional standard for processing of organic fertilizer production line
The organic fertilizer production line makes full use of the livestock manure resources of the surrounding farms of the company, introduces the domestic advanced production technology, uses the live bacteria to ferment the livestock manure and other materials, and processes them into pollution-free and nutritious biological organic fertilizer, so as to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the local livestock manure and achieve obvious economic, social and ecological benefits.
Treatment process of organic fertilizer production line: raw material pretreatment mainly includes auxiliary material crushing, fermentation raw material loading and mixing. Straw and other accessories were crushed to 3 ~ 5mm long. The treatment area and auxiliary materials in the plant area are laid in layers with the thickness of 20cm. From the inside to the outside, they are evenly mixed by the dumper. When they are evenly mixed, they are mixed with fermentation bacteria. Aeration device is added in the fermentation tank to reduce the fermentation time. Dust hood is added in the upper part of the workshop to deal with micro dust and odor.

Ph：5.5-8
Egg mortality: greater than or equal to 95%
Fecal coliform: less than or equal to 0.1-0.01
