Mustard plant belongs to the genera of Brassica and Sinapiswithin the Brassicaceae family. Being native to sub-Himalayan region of theIndian sub-continent, Mustard plant is cultivated majorly for its edible leavesand oil seeds with wide-ranging culinary uses.
