A low bed trailer, also known as a Lowbed semi trailer if loaded at the front side is used to carry heavy construction types of machinery such as excavators, road compactors, and special equipment such as heavy pipes, and factory assembly pieces. Moreover, concrete columns/ beams, generators, and oil drilling machines. etc. are also among the goods commonly hauled with low beds. Depending on the goods to be carried, it may be extendable due to the telescopic chassis.
Emirsan low beds have either pen ramps or broad foldable ramps. The number of axles may vary from 2–8 in line with the weight of the Cement tanker Compressor or heavy equipment to be carried.

Ramps are hydraulically operated with a 24 V Powerpack that connects to the tractor unit battery.
Ramp width can be 1000 mm according to demand foldable or pen-like
The ramp can be moved right and left according to the platform width
The ramp is covered with wood platform
Axles :
Axle configuration consists of 5 x 12 Ton MPD axle system, Air suspension type , Air chambers are 813 sizes, high quality, with Parabolic Z leaf spring,
Lifting operation to be thru a control button placed at the left side of the trailer
The main beams of axles are to be edges of 14 mm, and corners are 16 mm Timken Bearing for hubs

Painting :
After the construction process, all trailers are sandblasted
Before the painting, all parts are cleaned carefully
Epoxy gray is used for first protecting primer coating as 50 micron
2 Times of high-quality paints were applied on the complete trailer
The color of the trailer is selected by customer request according to RAL codes
Painting thickness to be 100 microns, and all painting processes to be submitted with certifications
