Die Casting

There isn't a single process that will work for all projects. Each project is unique, which is why a variety of die casting options are provided. This guarantees that the correct procedure is utilised for the correct application at all times.

Three main types of die casting methods are-

·        Hot-Chamber- Hot-chamber Die Casting is a fantastic alternative for alloys that do not rapidly attack and erode metal pots, cylinders, and plungers. It is used for zinc, certain magnesium alloys, and other low-melting alloys.

·        Cold-Chamber- Cold-chamber die casting is better suited for metals with high melting points, such aluminium. Metal is liquefied and then ladled into a cold chamber, where a hydraulically powered plunger drives the metal into the die.

·        Metal Assembly Injected- Injected Metal Assembly, our breakthrough one-step manufacturing technology, has been developed and perfected over the last 50 years. Most adhesives used for tiny component joining and assembly production surpass IMA, lowering manufacturing costs.
