Plastisol, also known as vinyl or PVC, was first developed as a thermoplastic material.
Plastisol is a heat transfer medium that is often used in the application of vinyl graphics to various sorts of surfaces. It has a Shore hardness value of 90 and may be applied to almost any surface. It can also be used on a variety of substrates such as t-shirts, coats, caps, and bicycle grips. Because a great quantity of artwork is not required, it is a viable alternative for modest print runs.
