So we all practice project management? Not necessarily!

A project is always temporary and one-time efforts are made to achieve a particular result or outcome with definite beginning and end. Each project must have a procedural and scientific approach. The art of management secures optimal results with nominal efforts resulting in prosperity and satisfaction for both employees and employers.

Characteristics of the project became an interim or one-time effort to distinguish them from the permanent operation enduring functional work to create the same results. However, there is a big difference between carrying out the tasks very simple involving several individual business goals versus project involving a complex mix of people, resources, budget, labour, and time constraints.

Therefore, this process results-oriented management with technical skills and philosophy, scientific procedures and organizational methodology, results and development project management needs today.

Every effort is a collection of related activities with start and finish point is done in an organized manner, to achieve some particular purpose is a project; and to make it successful it requires management systems.

To make a particular project successfully requires an effective solution that provides all the required standards and within established time and cost constraints. Project management is a series of activities are realized in the process of getting things done by working with the project team members to achieve the project schedule, cost and technical performance objectives; besides combining systems, techniques and manpower to control and monitor the activities carried out in the project.
