In many programs, you will get monthly and yearly subscriptions. Users can install the program setup and use the tools by purchasing the license. Whenever you want to use the program; you can purchase the license. Some users need the program for a long time. Renewing the tool manually seems bothersome. So, many programs have the auto-renewal service. When you enable the service, your program will get renewed automatically. But sometimes, you don’t want his program to get renewed but the auto-renewal service renews the plan.
Cancelling auto-renewal service
When you don’t need the program anymore then you must cancel the auto-renewal. If you don’t, the program will be renewed and the payment will occur on your banking account which you have entered while purchasing the program. You must disable it before the expiry date. 1. Open the web and go to the program site
2. Click on the Account button
3. Type the username and password
4. Click confirm button and your account will open
5. Go to My Profile page
6. Hit on the subscription window
7. Check the auto-renewal status
8. If ON, toggle switch to disable
9. You will see the confirmation window
10. Tap on Confirm button
Now, the auto-renewal feature of your program will get disabled. The subscription window will change and show the expiry date. Users can access his tool till that date and then your program will expire.
Cancelling auto-renewal service using Playstore
For mobile devices, users install the program using the Play Store. If you have purchased your program from the Play Store then you can use the same account for cancelling the subscription.
1. Tap on the Play Store icon
2. Select your account
3. Go to the Profile
4. Hit on the Payment and subscription window
5. Choose the Subscriptions page
6. Tap on the program you want to cancel
7. Program details and confirmation page will appear
8. Choose the Cancel Subscription page
YourPlay Store shows the pause the subscription option. Choose No Thanks for the confirmation. Now tap the continue button and hit on the Cancel subscription button. After auto-renewal cancellation; you will receive the mail on the registered email account.
Cancelling program subscription using AppStore
When you have purchased your software from the app store then you can cancel its subscription directly.
1. Open your App Store using the Apple ID you used for purchasing program
2. Go to the Profile
3. Click on Subscriptions
4. Select the program
5. Choose the Cancel Subscription option
6. Select the Confirm button
7. After cancelling the subscription, the program will not be auto-renewed.
Cancel auto-renewal and get your refund
When your program gets auto-renewed before you cancel the auto-renewal then you can ask for a refund. But you must be sure that the plan is under a refund policy. Users won’t get a refund on the monthly plans. Go to the program and check its refund policy. Now you can cancel the new subscription and then get a refund.

2. Choose the subscription page
3. You will see your license
4. Click on your license and cancel it
5. A program confirmation page will appear
Choose the confirm button and the new renewed license will get canceled. If you have a few remaining on the current plan then you can use them till expiry. Now contact the program support team for your refund.
Renewing program manually
Once the user disables the auto-renewal; the plan won’t renew automatically. After the expiry date, if you want to continue service then renew the plan manually. Go to your program and open the subscription page. You will see the Renew button. Hit on the button and the webpage will open. Choose the renew plan for the program and hit the renew button. Now provide the billing info and choose the confirm button. After renewing the program, you can access the program.
