According to Coherent Market Insights “The global bubble tea market was valued at US$ 2,013.2 Mn in 2018, and is expected to register a CAGR of 5.1%, in terms of revenue over the forecast period (2019-2027), to reach US$ 3,122.4 Mn by 2027.

During the summer, bubble tea is one of my favourite beverages. Bubble tea (/) is a Taiwanese drink made up of sweetened tea, milk, and chewy tapioca balls called boba (). Bubble tea comes in a variety of tastes, including plain black or jasmine tea, fruit flavours like strawberry or honeydew, and even taro, an Asian root vegetable.
