Simple Stretch Yoga
This is a great class for everyone – beginners through toseasoned yogi’s as we can modify it to suit your needs. It is often known as ageneral or Hatha class. In this class, we move slower between postures. Thissimplicity allows you to focus on body alignment, strength and flexibilitywhile always allowing the breath to lead the movements. You will walk awayfeeling stretched, strong & relaxed!
Sunrise & Shine Yoga
Start your day feeling energised! In this class, we set youup for the day ahead – you will walk out energised in body and mind, ready forwhat the day throws at you. We move slowly between postures and this simplicityallows you to focus on your breath & body alignment while building strengthand flexibility.
Flowing Yoga
This is a dynamic Vinyasa styled class with flowingsequences that keeps you moving in and out of postures with breath. The strongyoga poses help you build strength and feel energised. Whether you are fit andwant to keep moving or are bravely starting something new – there will be optionsfor where your body and mind is at today. Be prepared to move and have fun!

For me, there’s nothing better than seeing some one’s face& body completely relaxed and free after walking into class stressed andcarrying worry.

At Yoga Warriors it’s not about being a flexi yogi who cando gravity defying poses. Yoga Warrior’s is about turning up and having a go –I’ll support you the whole way! I want you to feel comfortable to come to yogaand try poses within your limits of strength and flexibility and with time bebrave for new possibilities – both on and off the mat!
I’ve been teaching since 2016 and have helped people withdifferent fitness levels, different body limitations due to injury or ailmentand different flexibilities. I want you to experience the physical and mentalhealth benefits of yoga, no matter where your starting point.
Before yoga teaching my background was in social work, so ithas long been my passion to support people towards meaningful change. Thiscontinues at Yoga Warriors as I help you build strength and flexibility in thebody bit by bit each week and change your mindset to be confident and brave.
