An Environmentalist with the Dream of Planting One Trillion Trees by the Next 40 Years
When he was 5, he used to live in Nova Scotia and continued his love for planting trees with an apple orchard.

Planting trees is a great work that one can do for this world. Hart Cunningham, the popular musician, and environmentalist is doing the same for our world. He has the aim to plant one trillion trees within a specific time span using a systematic plan. Just within 4 years, he has planted 45 million trees in various locations and is truly committed to reaching his goal as soon as possible. By the next 40 years, he is on a mission to plant one trillion trees across the world.

A dream from childhood

It is not that it is a newly developed dream or goal of Hart Cunningham. He has been planting trees since his childhood. His love for trees started to grow at the age of 3 in Dominica. He used to plant trees with local vegetation. When he was 5, he used to live in Nova Scotia and continued his love for planting trees with an apple orchard. In his 16 years, he has planted 740 trees. He also joined a 14 weeks tree planting program to plant trees across California.

The dream, passion, and love= More trees on this earth

It seems that his dream, love, passion, etc is all about planting trees to make the world better. He is a true environmentalist who has been taking great initiatives to save nature and us. He wrote a thesis on “Economics Related to Humanity and Environment” at the age of 21.

When he started to become financially stronger, his tree-planting activities started to increase. One of his great initiatives in funding for 19 drones to plant seeds (aerial-focused seed pods). It seems that he is determined as well as close to achieving his goal by the next 40 years.

All the best Hart Cunningham!
