MONROE, LA, OCTOBER 08, 2022 - Popular Hollywood actor and producer Kenyon Glover will soon be facilitated at his school in Monroe, Louisiana. The event is set to be a Homecoming Celebration for Kenyon who will be honored in his school and his town where he spent much of his childhood with some very fond memories. Reports say that he will be spending the weekend in town and is scheduled to have a busy one.
Kenyon will be honored at his school — Neville High School — on October 7 with the Hall Of Honor to celebrate his achievements. Additionally, Mayor Friday Ellis will also facilitate him with His Own Day that celebrates his contributions to Monroe and other places and communities. "We are always glad to spotlight our alumni. We're looking forward to having Mr. Glover back home at Neville and honoring him," said Dana Jefferson, the Executive Director at Neville Alumni and Friends Association.
Kenyon Glover is not just an actor and producer but is also a prolific and accomplished author, a talented film-maker, an agile and gifted athlete, a powerful motivational speaker, a faithful Christian minister and a businessman with a brilliant acumen. After his recognition at the Neville High School Homecoming festivities in the school's auditorium, he is expected to speak to The Fellowship of Christian Athletes on October 8 where he will also participate in the Give Back Saturday campaign along with the others.

And to be receiving my own day in a place where I was born and raised is epic. I’m also glad to have an opportunity to partner with Coach Spivey and Monroe City Schools in any way possible that I can help to drive change and bring focus to topics that will inspire and motivate students,” said Glover.
