The suit claims breach of Apple’s express warranty, breach of implied warranty, violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, violation of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, violation of the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act, violation of the California Unfair Competition Law, violation of the California False Advertising Law, negligent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment.

My iphone7 just had this happen. The company that Apple sent me to told me it couldn’t be fixed and told me to buy a new phone. The woman verbally told me what the problem was, but yet did not state it on the paperwork. It feels like a total scam, we called Apple to ask for something to help with a new phone or trade ins or anything that would help replace my phone but they said it was too late to do anything with the phone and they had no programs to cover any expenses.
Is there anyway that a piece could be replaced?
