New Lahore City Phase 4
The developers of the New Lahore City Phase 4 are the Zaitoon Group and the Rafi Group. The Zaitoon was established in 1987 to offer above and beyond excellence in lifestyle. At first, it was a joint business between the two organizations, but subsequently, Rafi Group decided to detach itself from the creation and sale of plots.
