Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is a full contact combat sport that allows use of striking & grappling while standing and on the ground. One can use boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, kick boxing, Taekwondo, karate, judo or whatever style you choose.
Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques, from a mixture of martial arts traditions and non-traditions, to be used in competitions. The rules allow the use of striking and grappling techniques, both while standing and on the ground. Such competitions allow martial artists of different backgrounds to compete.
We pride ourselves on a very successful program, using the fundamental training of Muay Thai Boxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing, and combining it with strength, conditioning and cardio-vascular training that is second to none.
