So, for those who buy the machine and learn to use it for the first time, they probably have the problem whether their machines can work properly. 1. How to test the 40K handle?
We receive feedback from many of our customers on the problems such as the 40K handles don’t work, there is no tinnitus during treatments. Indeed, people can feel tinnitus in normal circumstances if the handle works properly. But only using this way to make a judgement is partially correct. For example, some may feel pains in their ears when a plane takes off or lands but contrarily, some may have no such sensation at all. So, as you can see, our physical sensations show we are different from each other and there are varying degrees of our sensitivities to things. Therefore, whether there is tinnitus or not can not be the only basis that we use to judge whether the handle can work properly.
Some customers say that there is no heat output from the handle, believing that it can not work properly. Here I want to remind our customers that this handle only has ultrasound function. So when it works, there will be heat coming out. If you want a machine that has heat discharge, I’d like to recommend our best-selling S shape ultrasound slimming machine for you. RF function is added to it and you can feel heat when using it. The handle of this machine combines RF and ultrasound functions. You can use both of them simultaneously and use one of them alone.
And now I want to recommend a correct and effective way to test the ultrasound handle for you.
Firstly, you should prepare a clean glass container and pour some water into it. And then press the power switch of the machine, choose ultrasound handle function and press start button. Let the handle contact the water surface vertically, and we can see ripples and vibrations obviously, which indicates that the handle can work properly.
2. How to test VACUUM&RF handle?
After starting the machine, set the parameters of VACUUM&RF handle. Please note that you should make sure the suction time is longer than release time. And then apply essential oil or massage cream evenly to treatment area. Gel is not recommended because it is not liquid and may cause blockage.
Some customers ask us how to adjust parameters. Well, there is no specific requirements because every one has different endurance. The bottom line is to make treatment receivers feel comfortable. The suction level can be also adjusted by turning the knob at the top or one side of the machine. Please make sure the handle is in full contact with skin, otherwise the suction may weaken or there is no suction.
We often receive some videos sent by customers, which show that they set the release time is far longer than suction time. This is wrong and may cause the ineffectiveness of the treatment. Some people forget to install filter, which can also lead to a lack of suction. When this happens, the first step we can take is to check whether the filter at the back of the machine is damaged or is installed properly. Maybe it is because the rubber seal inside the filter is broken, so you can replace it with spare one. After connecting the filter to the machine properly, you can test the handle again by turning the suction knob. Normally, those steps above can help you solve those problems.
