There are following three types of gas welding flames are used:
Neutral Flame
Carburizing Flame
Oxidizing Flame
Neutral Flame
This type of flame contain oxygen and acetylene in equal amounts.
Carburizing Flame
This flame contain high amount of acetylene as compare to oxygen.
Oxidizing Flame
This flame contain high amount of oxygen.
