The Master of Business Administration in General Management is an MBA program intended primarily for students with a non-business bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in a role involving people and/or processes in a company or organization. The purpose of this course is to provide graduates with the skills and capability to pursue managerial positions in the field of business administration in both the public and private sectors. These positions include managerial or decision-making positions in large organizations and management positions in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Students will be able to critically analyze and evaluate various developments within their organization, thus shaping, creating, and initiating policies, visions, goals, and solutions within their organization.
