Attention to that, the heating time is based on the weather. The Rheumatalgia-relieving plaster (30 g rectangle) can be baked with a baking lamp or blown on the back with a hair dryer. Before applying the plaster, if it is a cloth-mounted back plaster, cut the four corners of the plaster into a circle to reduce the possibility of edge warping.

How to prevent allergies
