Based on our research, AlgoMerchant is a brand currently owned by a parent company called Two Alpha Pte Ltd. AlgoMerchant was previously a company though, but ceased to operate as a company and now exist as a brand. The brand is credible, having been trademarked in the Singapore Trademark office. The AlgoMerchant brand also recently reached a legal settlement regarding ownership rights over the popular TradersGPS mark, which entitles Two Alpha to co-own the TradersGPS mark via its own version called 'TradersGPS by AlgoMerchant Review.
