Today I was running late for yoga. I skipped last week's practice to remain in an office chair- anything that occurs more regularly than I like to admit. But rather of taking care of my birthday, I wanted to operate a vehicle the Pacific Shore Highway... so I determined that I really could give up yoga for a week.


But after 30 hours of overtime, followed by 30 hours traveling, I was desperate. My human body was sobbing out for down dog, pigeon and some backbends.
